Louisiana Firearm Law Information


Obviously, there are many more laws on the books that affect you than we have the space to outline.  However, we have attempted to put together a sampling of laws and law links that may be of interest to individuals who make the choice to defend themselves.  As always- consult a lawyer to determine how LA law affects your own actions and decisions.
 

 

This is a list of some laws and opinions pertinent to pro-gun individuals in Louisiana.  These are not the only laws you should know, they are simply several that it might help you to know.  Take the time to familiarize yourself with them.
