in Louisiana
This is a listing of clubs or groups in your area that are
focused on gun issues. For the purposes of this page, this is
not a listing of "clubs" operating solely as a gun range. Gun
ranges are listed on our ranges page. This is for groups that
(while they may operate a range), they do other things, like
fostering marksmanship programs, taking part in political activism
or putting on gun shows.

organizations on the national, state and local levels.

The Louisiana Shooting Association is an organization comprised
of individual members and affiliated clubs joined together under a
corporation in 1966.
Affiliated with the Director of the Civilian Marksmanship, National
Rifle Association, and the National Board for the promotion of rifle
practice.
An organization fully involved in the conservation and wise use
of our renewable wildlife resources.
An organization to which affiliated clubs look for service,
competition sponsorship, instruction, and help in any field of the
shooting sport.
An organization that encourages and promotes training in hunter
safety, marksmanship, and junior shooting.
An organization totally committed to the promotion and protection of
the legitimate firearms owner’s constitutionally granted right to
own, bear, and use their firearms for the protection of home and
family, sport hunting, and target shooting.

Operating out of the Shreveport-Bossier City area, the
Association is a non-profit volunteer group of like minded
individuals that seek to forward Second Amendment related causes and
put on gun shows. The proceeds are donated to charitable and
other causes. Donations have been made for everything from
rifles for youth shooting groups to needed equipment for local law
enforcement to funds for women's shelters.
